At Draven Clothing, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

ReturnsYou may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Valid proof of purchase is required

Important Return Condition (Strict Policy)The product must be successfully returned and received by us before any refund or exchange is processed.If the returned product is not received by us, we will NOT issue any refund or replacement under any circumstances.

Wrong / Damaged Product ClaimsIf you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, you must provide:

Clear unboxing video (from opening the main package)

Photo of outer packaging

Photo of the product received inside

Photo showing damage (if applicable)

Without proper photo/video proof, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or replacement request.

Return VerificationOnce we receive the returned product, our team will inspect and verify the item. Only after successful verification, the return will be approved.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product

Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via UPI, bank transfer, or other digital payment methods

ExchangeExchange is allowed only for size issues or eligible cases, subject to stock availability and successful return verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)

Innerwear or hygiene-related products

Products damaged due to misuse

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side

CancellationsOrders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Changes to PolicyDraven Clothing reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
