Return Window
You can request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered — no damage.
There should be no marks or stains on the product (ink marks, coffee stains, or any other stains).
The original tag must be intact and must not be removed or damaged in any way.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Video Proof Required for Returns
While packing the product for return, please record a video of the item being packed. This video should clearly show the product’s condition at the time of packing.
This helps us verify any damage, wrong item, or issue with the product in case there is a dispute.
If we receive an incorrect or different product from what we shipped, having this video will make it easier and faster for us to process your refund.
We recommend keeping this video safe until your refund is processed.
Return Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify it meets the above criteria.
If the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item.
If the product is found to be damaged, worn, stained, or the tag is missing/damaged, we will not issue a refund.
If the item returned is different from the product originally shipped by us, no refund will be issued unless supported by valid video proof.
